Located near Bathurst and St. Clair in Toronto, is this custom built Craftsman style home.  The three storey 2,696 sqft. was personally built by the client who was very accomplishment with residential home building.  Their family need for more floor area on a very limited lot size allowed for the design of a complex roof system to strategically build in a third floor.  Attention to detail and well executed fit and finish make this classic craftsman the center of attention on their much need street corner.
